On October 1, 2013, the event was to start an energy conversation for targeting energy consumption behaviours on campus. Interactive and educational demonstrations informed individuals of energy choices (CFL or incandescent bulb) and how to get involved in energy conservation measures on campus. A FortisBC PowerSense presentation on “The Rossland Energy Diet” and the new City of Kelowna Energy Diet was provided. Approximately 50 people attended the Kick-Off.
